FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I file the petition it produces as-is?
No, you should not. Juvex produces drafts; every output must be reviewed by a lawyer. Unknown fields are left marked in square brackets and the output states that it is a draft. Juvex is not a legal advisory service.
Are the rulings it shows real?
Yes. The assistant only cites rulings that exist in the database; you can open the citation and read the full text. The petition analysis feature also checks whether the citations in your own text are genuine.
Can you see the documents I upload?
Document conversion runs entirely in your browser; those files never reach a server. Files you send to the assistant are processed only to produce that answer, stored against your account, and can be deleted whenever you want.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations, files and generated documents are never used for model training.
Does it work with UDF files?
Yes. You can convert between Word, PDF and UDF in every direction — download a file from UYAP, edit it in Word, and save it back as UDF.
Are the rates used in calculations current?
Yes. The CPI series and statutory/commercial interest rates are updated centrally, so calculations always use the rate in force. The rate used is shown with the result.
Is there a mobile app?
An iPhone and iPad app is in development; it will use the same account as the web app, so your work stays in sync across both. An Android version is on our roadmap but development has not started yet. The web app also works in a mobile browser.
When will it be available?
Juvex is currently in closed beta. Join the early access list and you will be the first to know when it opens.
What will pricing look like?
Pricing is not final yet; beta participants use it free of charge. Everyone on the early access list will be offered special terms before launch.
