What data we process

To provide the service, Juvex processes: your account details (email address), the text you enter and the documents you upload, the petition and contract records you create, your calculation and deadline records, and basic usage logs.

Data processed in your browser

Document conversions (PDF, Word and UDF) run entirely in your browser. The files used in those operations are never sent to any server and are never visible to us.

AI models

Text and files you send to the assistant are processed solely to produce that response. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account or individual records from within the application. You may also send deletion requests to [email protected].

Third parties

We rely on authentication, hosting and AI infrastructure providers to deliver the service. These providers process your data only to the extent the service requires.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The application uses only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.
