Personal data processed

• Identity and contact data: email address
• Transaction security data: session and access logs
• Customer transaction data: text you enter, documents you upload, records you create

Purposes of processing

• Delivering the service and managing your account
• Maintaining security and preventing misuse
• Meeting legal obligations

Legal basis

Your personal data is processed on the bases of establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data is transferred to hosting, authentication and AI infrastructure providers only to the extent required to deliver the service. Where transfers abroad occur, the conditions in KVKK art. 9 are observed.

Important notice on client data

If you upload documents containing your clients’ personal data, you are the data controller for that data. The obligation to inform the data subjects and, where required, obtain their explicit consent rests with you.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages.
